🔒 Liability & Insurance
VR headsets are delicate and valuable. To ensure responsible usage, we require a refundable security deposit of N$1,500 per set. Please watch our Safe Use video before renting to understand how to care for the headset.
Each headset and controller set is insured — your maximum liability is capped at N$4,750 per set if the unit is returned in an unusable condition. This may occur due to:
- Scratched lenses
- LCD burn-in from direct sunlight
- Camera or tracking damage
- Broken IPD adjustment, USB port, or buttons
- Water damage or theft
If damage is less severe, you’ll only be charged the replacement cost of the specific part.
